Lodging During the Competition Contestants are welcome to stay at the hotel of their choice during their time in Salina, or they may also stay with one of many families in town who have graciously offered to open their homes and host a pianist. Contestants will be asked on the application form if they prefer to find their own lodging or if they would be willing to stay with a host family.
